Simpsonville’s historic “Vaughn’s” to become “Warehouse at Vaughn’s” by 2021

The historic country store in Simpsonville, Vaughn’s, was built on an old cotton gin site by L.J. Vaughn Jr. in 1971.
Vaughn’s is now owned by his daughters who have decided to lease the property, and it is set to get a whole-site overhaul this year by contractor and concept-holder Thomas Wirthlin.

Wirthlin plans a whole new concept for Simpsonville’s growing family-market that will be called “Warehouse at Vaughn’s,” and will plan to open early 2021. The space will include: restaurants, coffee+donut shops, bar spaces, outside eating areas, and even an arcade with games for all.

Wirthlin will add to the fun and leisure of Downtown Simpsonville while creating a space for individuals and families to be.
